Did you know that one in 5 people in Canada will experience a mental health issue each year and only a small fraction (1 in 3) will get the help that they need? Many of these issues are related to feelings of hopelessness, negativity, feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope—namely depression and anxiety. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is a gold standard treatment for depression and anxiety, yet it is scarcely available and difficult to access.

We recognize that CBT is an extremely valuable tool for our patients who are struggling with negative emotions and want to learn healthy and useful coping strategies that will enable them to be more resilient.
